Design and Production
In its plant, entirely renewed after 2019, high technological plastic and metal injection, CNC machining, cold forming, electronic composition machines and cell type semi-automatic mounting lines are supported with the R&D Centre, Engineering Application, Prototype Production, Validation Test Laboratory, Mould Design-Production Department included in its structure, and owing to this the productions are provided integrated to its customers in a save manner “from the idea stage until the final user”.
The idea creation process starting with the definition of needs will be consolidated with the brain storm and preliminary sketching studies made with the customers and after validation of these by means of advanced technological engineering software, thus the flexibility is available to test the prototype productions, which are realized within its own structure. After acceptance both of the laboratory and field performances of the validated products the system designs of the productions are made and the reliability of semi-productions of the products and product performances are kept under control.
Increasing day by day its technological product diversity, NESAN is in the positions of one of the leading companies of the sector in our country in the products groups of its expertise.
Research – Development
The R&D Centre included in its structure and the R&D company NESAN Teknoloji A.S inside the group of companies works particularly on the domestic designs for vehicle entrance systems with keyless / technological communication capability and sensor technologies of a broad variant (pressure, motion, light, fluid quality, heat, position, angle and magnetics… etc.). Provides for world giant OE customers as Co-Design joint or turn-key R&D/Production Start-Up System Design Project services with high performance sustainable products at high life and field resistances for fuel systems, lockable on-vehicle components and in-vehicle electro mechanics.
System Design Validation (DV), Production Process Validation (PV) In-Process (IP Line end tests (EOL) of the products within the electronic and electromechanical product groups are realized adhered to international standards particularly with its Engineering Software (CAD-CAM), Active Project Management (NAPMS), Simulation (CAE, FEA, CFD) Tools included its structure and its intra-business test laboratory, and products validates on reliable level are presented to its customers.
